Location:

Morton's The Steakhouse - Cleveland

Join Intel 471 along with Cleveland’s top cybersecurity industry experts and esteemed peers at this exclusive vendor-neutral UnConference.

This event will take you through an immersive demonstration of how to Operationalize Threat Hunting through CTI. Discover how experts combine exclusive CTI insights and pair them with unparalleled behavioral threat hunt capabilities to defend against the industry’s top threats. Intel 471’s Threat Hunt team will dive into the following:

1. Intel Briefing: The TeamPCP Campaign

TeamPCP has executed a high-tempo, cascading supply chain attack by weaponizing trusted developer tools to harvest cloud secrets and SSH keys. New intelligence confirms a tactical alignment between TeamPCP and Lapsus$, with these groups now sharing infrastructure and coordinated extortion tactics to maximize the impact of their data exfiltration.

2. Operational Impact: "Blocking and Tackling"

Rapidly deploying vetted intelligence allows us to pivot from passive observation to an active "block and tackle" defense posture.

3. The Value of Proactive Behavioral Threat Hunting

The benefits stem from threat awareness and the ability to modify indicators of compromise (IOCs) during campaigns.

4. Management, KPIs, & Metrics

To provide clear visibility for leadership, we should focus on metrics that measure our resilience against these specific evolving threats. Tracking KPIs such as "Mean Time to Detect (MTTD)" and the "Prevention-to-Detection Ratio" will allow us to quantify our operational effectiveness and demonstrate the direct return on investment for our proactive defense initiatives.
