Following the keynote presentation, Dave Pierce, Intel 471 Customer Engagement Manager, and Scott Poley, Principal Threat Hunter, will provide a combined presentation highlighting current Russian geopolitical tensions that the world faces, real-world cyber reflections of these tensions, and how to operationalize this intelligence to hunt for related actors within your network.

Meet Your Keynote Speaker

Vincent Passaro | Head of Attacker Engineering: Abuse Research Group (ARG), Threat Detection, Red Team, Penetration Testing, and Cyber Intelligence

Vince currently leads the Abuse Research Group (ARG), Threat Detection, Red Team, Penetration Testing, and Cyber Intelligence programs at Stripe, where he utilizes over 20 years of extensive security industry experience to strengthen security measures and improve fraud detection, mitigation, and investigative efforts. Before joining Stripe, Vince served at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he established a world-class incident response team and threat intelligence capability. In this role, he addressed some of the most complex security challenges faced by AWS, Amazon, and their customers. Vince was instrumental in consolidating and unifying security response efforts, ensuring they were executed with the speed and agility required to tackle challenges at AWS-scale effectively.

Meet Your Hosts

Scott Poley | Principal Threat Hunter

Scott is a U.S. Army veteran. While enlisted he worked as a Communications Specialist with the 75th Ranger Regiment. Since leaving the military he has been working in the private sector within Security Operations as both technical resource and leadership roles. At Intel 471, Scott is responsible for developing cutting edge hunting and detection content for the HUNTER platform.

Eric Sigman | VP, Threat Hunt Solutions

Eric Sigman is Vice President of the Threat Hunting Product Suite at Intel 471 and has more than 15 years of experience in cybersecurity. He was a Co-Founder of Cyborg Security and has been instrumental in building and scaling multiple security startups, with a focus on threat hunting, threat intelligence, detection engineering, and SOAR. Eric combines a practitioner’s perspective with deep expertise in the business side of cybersecurity.

Dave Pierce | Customer Engagement Manager

In his role with Intel 471, Dave acts as the “practitioner to practitioner” point of contact for a large and diverse client base. These responsibilities include: intelligence gathering, assisting clients with Titan/Verity platform usage, and assisting with any other intelligence related issues a client may encounter throughout their contract. Prior to his role at Intel471, Dave was a Senior All Source Intelligence Technician (Warrant Officer) with the United States Army (retiring in June 2025 - after 22 years of service).
